The Myth of Low-Carb Magic
New studies by a team of doctors from Stanford and Harvard suggest that low-carb diets work because they are low calorie, not because you can eat all the fat that your heart really doesn't desire. This should hopefully puncture some holes in the unproven, and possibly dangerous, theories of high-fat diet gurus, such as Robert Atkins and Suzanne Somers.
