A recent study involving 22,043 adults, ages 20 to 86, found that eating a Mediterranean-style diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grains, olive oil and fish cut the risk of dying from heart disease and cancer by at least 25%. This is an eating plan similar to the one I personally recommend, but go easy on the olive oil! Your new slenderized figure will thank you.
