It Hurts So Good!


Just had my first session with my new personal trainer on Wednesday, and my body is aching all over. But it's good pain. My trainer corrected my form on a number of free-weight chest exercises and introduced me to several new abdominal-toning techniques. If you are contemplating hiring a trainer to enhance your workouts, go for it! A good trainer is worth every penny.
