Hugh's Popcorn Recipe

Craving a sweet, filling late-night snack, but not a gazillion calories? My SaltySweet Popcorn should fit the bill. A big bowl has less than 400 calories and more than 100% of your daily dietary fiber requirements.

You will need a hot-air popcorn popper to make this snack. I personally use the Presto Poplite Gourmet Popper, which can be purchased at a WalMart or Target for around $20.00.

Hugh's SaltySweet Popcorn Treat!

Ingredients:
Popcorn kernels
Olive Oil Pam Cooking Spray
four packets Equal or Splenda
Salt

Directions:
Pop kernels into a large bowl according to the directions of your hot-air popper. Spray Olive Oil Pam for approximately five seconds on the popped kernels. Add the packets of sweetner and salt. Mix thouroughly, using your hands. Add additional sweetner or salt as desired. Enjoy!!!
